Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns provided that the items are in the same condition as received, with no signs of use, and in the original packaging. Returns must be communicated by email to susana@emotionaljewels.com within 14 days of physically receiving the item, prior to sending the product back.

2. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and verified, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed under the same conditions as returns. Customers must email susana@emotionaljewels.com within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange, specifying the item to be exchanged and providing proof of purchase.
Exchanges can be made for items of equal or higher value; in the latter case, the customer pays the price difference as well as shipping costs for the new item.

4. Return and Exchange Period

The maximum period for returns and exchanges is 14 working days from the date the customer receives the item, in accordance with applicable online purchase legislation.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part.
